By signing, the participant and/or parent/guardian confirms the dancer is healthy and cleared to participate. They release and waive all claims against Essence Studioz LLC, its staff, instructors, affiliates, and representatives for any injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, or damage related to this event. They also consent to the use of photos or videos for promotional purposes without compensation.
